The name Domus was inspired by the surname Figueiredo, which in Latin refers to the Lord of the Domus Fortis. These structures, known for their safety and solidity in the 12th century, symbolize the fundamental values of our company: security, credibility, and customer satisfaction.

Fernanda Figueiredo, CEO of Domus Global Tax Advisors, began her career as a lawyer in Rio de Janeiro. Graduating in Law from Universidade Candido Mendes in 2009, she obtained her OAB certification and practiced law for a few years before deciding to broaden her horizons.
Seeking new challenges, Fernanda moved to Orlando, Florida, where she began her Associate of Science in Business Administration.
During this period, she discovered her true passion: the world of accounting. After completing her degree in Business Administration, she decided to deepen her knowledge by enrolling in the Accounting program at the University of Central Florida (UCF), and after 5 years, she graduated as an accountant in the United States.
Determined to offer excellent services, Fernanda founded Domus Global Tax Advisors LLC, a company based on security, credibility, and customer satisfaction. To further strengthen her expertise, she dedicated herself to studying to obtain the credential of Enrolled Agent (EA), the highest certification issued by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in the United States, with unlimited powers across all 50 states.
In May 2022, Fernanda achieved this milestone and became an EA, establishing herself as a reference in the accounting and tax sector.
